Tell us what the premises are used for and which surfaces need attention. We plan preparation and painting around the actual site requirements.

Plan the work around your project.

Open the topics that matter to your surfaces and how the space is used.

Describe the premises and painted surfaces.

Tell us whether the request concerns an office, retail space, church, common area or another commercial setting. List the rooms or elevations, walls, ceilings, doors, trim and other details to be considered. Identify adjoining materials and fixtures that should remain unchanged.

Send wide views, close-ups of wear and approximate dimensions. Interior and exterior surfaces can be included in one discussion without assuming they need the same preparation or coating. The blue-trim building photos show the window frames and exterior accents that changed, rather than a claim that all brick was repainted.

Agree access with the person responsible.

Name the project contact and explain how the property is accessed. Share opening hours, occupied areas, delivery arrangements and restrictions around keys, alarms or equipment. Identify entrances, paths and essential spaces that must remain available.

If work needs to be divided into areas or scheduled around an activity, explain that before an estimate is agreed. We discuss phased work and timing individually. Night work, a fixed turnaround or no disruption to every business is not assumed from the term commercial painting.

Review preparation and repairs together.

Show peeling coating, worn trim, cracked areas and any known damage or dampness history. Tell us which repairs have already been completed and whether a wider change is planned. Protection around floors, furnishings, glass and equipment belongs in the scope alongside preparation.

Drywall repair, carpentry and exterior cleaning can be coordinated where specifically agreed. Describe the actual substrate and intended use so an appropriate coating can be reviewed. This ordinary painting service does not imply specialist industrial, fireproofing, hygiene or floor-coating systems.

Choose colors and boundaries for daily use.

Share brand colors or reference images and identify finishes that will stay. Consider flooring, furniture, light, signage and adjoining areas when choosing wall and trim colors. INSPIRE offers color consultation to help discuss the proposed appearance.

Frequently handled doors and trim, broad wall areas and exterior accents can have different requirements. The reviewed material and use guide the coating choice. No finish is described as maintenance-free or guaranteed to eliminate marks in every occupied space.

Send one coordinated project request.

Provide your city, ZIP or postal code, full address, project contact, surface list, approximate quantities, photographs and desired timing. Mention work by other contractors that affects access or readiness. Explain whether the space remains open and which areas could be available first.

We discuss the project and conditions by phone from our Sterling Heights base. The agreed estimate identifies preparation, protection, repairs and painting, together with access and the work sequence. Material readiness and site conditions affect dates; one completion promise is not applied to every premises.

Do you paint offices and shared areas as well as exteriors?

Commercial painting covers interior and exterior requests. Identify the premises and surfaces involved so the estimate defines the work rather than assuming every part of the property is included.

Can painting be arranged around opening hours?

Tell us the hours and areas that must remain usable. Timing and any phased sequence are discussed individually; evening work or an entirely uninterrupted operation is not promised for every project.

Can repairs be included before painting?

Yes, where agreed. Share the damaged surfaces and ask about drywall or carpentry tasks so the repair and paint scope can be reviewed together.

Do the project photos show work in my city?

The photos are from INSPIRE's own portfolio, with locations left unassigned where unconfirmed. They illustrate the surfaces and preparation shown, not a separate office or completed project in every service area.
